Who is Jesus? It may seem like a simple, straightforward question...until you start talking. How do you begin to describe Him, especially to kids? Thankfully, He described Himself in some simple tangible phrases that we can grab hold of at any age. The fact that Jesus used these phrases and pictures to describe Himself, must mean that these are some foundational pieces to His character. That’s why we’re tackling this incredibly powerful and complex Person, Jesus, in this series. As we begin to establish who Jesus is in the young, formative hearts and minds of our kids, that He is an abundant Provider, a strong Protector, a wise Guide, and our source of Life, they will be equipped with an understanding that will impact the rest of their lives. In fact, ask God to reveal another piece of who He is to you. As you discover more of who Jesus is, the kids will, too!
