Kingdom Leadership

Leadership has been a part of what God has always done. One thing to figure out is...what is it?

In session 2, we talk about the biblical model which is the shepherd model. We see two things about this model in this text: pursuit and personal.

We tend to repeat what we know, including our style of leadership. To the New Testament and call of Christ and the church, shepherding is the central issue in leadership.

Leadership has to be about something; there has to be a focus of what we do. In this session, we discuss how we should shepherd.

In session 5, we learn about the two important things for a leader and the two concepts when it comes to legitimate leadership.

Kingdom leadership has little to do with title or office. Leadership in the church is like an iceberg: we only see ⅛ of it, while we won’t see the other ⅞ until we get to Heaven.
