Two important things for a leader:
- A clarity of call to leadership
- A set of skills with that clarity
1 Cor. 4
There are two concepts when it comes to legitimate leadership regarding someone’s heart:
- You must be a servant of Christ.
- You must be a good steward
If you’re not a great worshiper, you’ll never be a great leader.
Two Great Destroyers:
- Arrogance
- Cowardliness
Two Great Antidotes:
- Humility
- Courage
