On the Jesus Trail

On the Jesus Trail

Lessons

This educational series provides a unique journey with Mark Moore along the "Jesus Trail," exploring key locations and events from Jesus's life as presented in the Gospels. Beginning in Caesarea Maritima, the series presents insights about Herod the Great, followed by a deeper understanding of the diverse perspectives of the Gospel authors near Nazareth. The exploration continues to Cana, revisiting Jesus's miracle of turning water into wine. From the heights of Mount Arbel, the narrative overlooks the Lake of Galilee, recounting the numerous significant events that transpired there, including miracles, mass feedings, and Jesus's most impactful sermon. The series then turns to Magdala, examining the character of Mary Magdalene and discussing the potential influence of sin on one's divine calling. In Kibbutz Lavi, righteousness and its surpassing of Pharisaic standards are discussed. The journey culminates at the Mount of Beatitudes, emphasizing the pursuit of God's kingdom and righteousness as the guiding principle for life.
