A lot of students worry about God’s will like it’s one wrong move away from messing everything up. But the truth is, God isn’t trying to trick us or keep His plans hidden. In this series, we’ll learn that God’s will is actually clear, personal, and meant to guide us step by step. We’ll talk about how to live in God’s will daily, how God leads us when we don’t know what’s next, and how to hear His voice even when life feels loud. Instead of stressing about making the “perfect” choice, students will learn how to walk with God confidently, trust His direction, and follow Him in real life.

Lesson 1

DOING GOD’S WILL

Most people assume God’s will for their life is very specific and mysterious. Fortunately for us, God’s will is not like that. It’s not a bullseye to strike, a puzzle left to be decoded, or a maze to escape. God’s will for you is clear, not complicated. Let’s look at how the Apostle Paul discusses the overarching will of God for His people.

In this study, we will explore how divine interventions help us discover His will. You are invited on the adventure of a lifetime. God wants to take you on a daring journey toward His will. He doesn’t leave you to fend for yourself in the middle of the wilderness though. God gives us guides, instructions, and the power of the Holy Spirit to help us discover His will on this adventure called life.

DISCERNING GOD’S WILL

How do we hear from God when pursuing His will for our lives? In the Old Testament book of 1 Kings, we are introduced to an impressive prophet named Elijah, who was notorious for his direct connection to God. This amazing account gives us three practical pointers for hearing the voice of God. God’s direction shows us His objectives, which ultimately show His will for us. This passage proves that God’s direction often shows up at a low volume, so what do we do to ensure we hear it?
