Explore the essence of Jesus' ministry and the early church's ethos in Acts, focused on guiding others to follow Jesus, as unveiled in the Kingdom Pathway study. Rooted in Jesus' call to his disciples to "follow me and I will make you fishers of men" (Mark 1:17), Kingdom Pathway illuminates essential rhythms of discipleship: hearing the gospel, repenting and believing, baptism, engaging with Scripture, fostering love among believers, partaking in the Lord's Supper, prayer, generosity, worship, and sharing testimonies. Designed for a 10-week journey, this study intertwines group sessions with individual reflections, empowering participants to rediscover Jesus' rhythms and embark on a communal pathway of discipleship, embracing the mission to guide others toward Jesus.

Week 01

Hear the Gospel

Join us for the first session of "Kingdom Pathway," our comprehensive study series on the book of Acts. Together, we'll embark on a transformative journey of faith and community. Through engaging activities like the icebreaker and exploring Acts 2:36-47, we'll cast a vision for our long-term journey together. Dive into Scripture with us as we discover the rhythm of Jesus and observe key insights about God and humanity. Reflect on the Gospel and its implications for our lives, and brainstorm tangible action steps to apply these truths. Finally, we'll pray for God's guidance and faithfulness as we commit to living out our newfound understanding.

Week 02

Repent and Believe

In this week's lesson, "REPENT AND BELIEVE," we begin with personal sharing and prayer, followed by small group discussions on applying last week's lesson and insights from this week's reading. Grounded in Acts 2:36-47, we cast a vision for our group's long-term journey. We explore repentance and belief through scripture, observe key lessons, and plan tangible goals. We conclude by practicing storytelling and committing to prayer for faithfulness. As we delve into this pathway, we anticipate transformative growth in our faith community.

Week 03

Be Baptized

In this session, we start with personal sharing and prayer, then discuss last week's lesson and this week's readings in small groups. Inspired by Acts 2:36-47, we envision our group's future. We explore the Rhythm (Matthew 28:19) and the story of Philip and the Ethiopian eunuch (Acts 8:26-39), noting key insights about God and baptism. We set tangible action steps and pray for faithfulness. Homework includes reflection, testimony preparation, and considering baptism for those who haven't yet.

Week 04

Engage the Word

In this session, we share personal stories, discuss last week's lesson and this week's readings in small groups, and cast a vision for our group's future inspired by Acts 2:36-47. We explore the Rhythm (John 8:31-32) and the vine and branches story (John 15:1-17), noting key insights about God and His Word. We set action steps, pray for faithfulness, and commit to putting our insights into practice. Homework includes reflection, testimony preparation, and prayerful consideration of sharing our stories with the group.

Week 06

Remember Jesus

In this session, we start with personal sharing and prayer, reflecting on recent experiences. Then, in small groups, we discuss last week's lesson and this week's readings, focusing on application and insights. Inspired by Luke 22:19-20, we pray for those who don't know Jesus. Exploring the Rhythm (Luke 22:19-20) and the Last Supper story (Luke 22:7-20), we note God's provision and our response. We set action steps, commit to obedience, and plan to share our testimony soon. Homework includes reflection, Bible readings, and journaling to prepare us for further growth.

Week 07

Pray

In this session, we share personal stories and pray for one another's concerns. In small groups, we discuss applying last week's lesson and insights from this week's readings. Inspired by Matthew 6:9-13, we focus on the power of prayer, exploring its essence and impact through Matthew 6:5-15. We set action steps, commit to prayer, and plan to share our testimony. Homework includes reflection, Bible readings, and dedicated prayer time.

Week 08

Be Generous

In this session, we share personal stories and reflections, supporting one another in prayer. Small groups discuss applying past lessons and insights from readings, envisioning the long-term impact. Inspired by Acts 2:36-47, we explore the concept of giving through Matthew 6:1-4 and Mark 12:41-44, committing to action and planning for collective generosity. Homework includes reflection, Bible study, and preparing to share experiences next week.

Week 09

Worship

Join us as we delve into a session of heartfelt sharing and reflection. Participants take turns sharing personal stories and supporting one another through prayer. Small groups then discuss lessons learned from previous weeks and insights gained from readings. Inspired by Acts 16:25-34, we explore worship and perseverance in the face of trials, setting tangible goals for the week ahead. Homework includes Bible study, journaling, and preparation to share testimonies in the next session.

Week 10

Share the Story

This lesson encourages participants to share personal stories, reflect on past lessons, and engage in worship and communion. They explore Acts 2:36-47 and the story of Mark 5:1-20 for insights and practical applications. Participants also learn about the B.L.E.S.S. strategy for intentional outreach and commit to action plans and prayer.
