Begin by asking the students if they've ever heard the saying, "Actions speak louder than words." Discuss its meaning.
Introduce the Bible verse and have students look it up
Discuss practical ways the students can apply James 1:22 in their lives, like helping others, showing kindness, and living with integrity.
What are some challenges you might face in being doers of the Word, like peer pressure. Encourage open discussion about how to overcome these challenges.
Encourage the students to memorize James 1:22.
Offer a small prize or recognition for those who can recite it during the next class.
