Let’s recap where the video ended for anyone who missed last week. Anyone remember what happened?
Do people straight up ask you to join them in bad evil choices? What is our defense against evil (the Devil’s schemes)? Satan isn’t going to come to you looking like a bad guy. He’s going to look good, nice even. That’s how he tricks us.
Do people make you question your good decisions or make you feel bad by not joining them?
Give me some examples of when you were made to feel bad by making the right decision.
Do you think that is Satan trying to trick you?
What is the end of the story, our story? God will overcome. If we know that, how come people can make us feel so bad about what we believe or how we believe?
If we read the Bible, learn as much as we can, ask questions of the “older” Christians in our life, when the time comes, we will know what is worldly and what is God’s will. He will show us. We have to be close to Him to hear His voice though and we do that by studying the scripture, praying daily and constantly about everything and by surrounding ourselves with Christians. We have to help each other stay accountable to God by pointing out when we go astray.
Remember Satan isn’t going to come to you looking like a bad guy. He’s going to look good, nice even. That’s how he tricks us. We must know God in order to be able to assess God’s will in our lives
