Small Group Instructions

Section 01

What is the general take-away from these verses?

"Even the demons believe and shudder”.

It’s important to know that even demons believe in God so just saying we believe but living our lives differently that God instructs, makes us no different than the darkest beings. A lot of people say they believe but they do nothing to back it up, they don’t read, they don’t follow instructions that God gives us and they don’t even act kindly to those in need. We were born to worship and serve God. Right?

Can someone recap the story of Abraham and Isaac for the class? (see Genesis 22 if needed) Can you imagine that kind of faith? It is something we should all be striving for, to be able to do whatever God calls us to do, whenever and wherever. Has anyone in here ever felt like God was calling them to do something with their lives?

Can someone recap the story of Rahab for us? (see Joshua 6:25 if needed) Rahab risked her life for men she didn’t even know. Do we have faith strong enough to risk our lives for people we don’t even know?
