Read Isaiah 11:1-10. What types of things will happen when the root of Jesse comes to power?
How does it seem like Zechariah is combining the ideas of High Priest and Branch in Zechariah 3?
Read Matthew 2. What do you notice about the different prophecies Matthew records as fulfilled in the birth of Jesus?
What significance is there to Jesus being the branch prophesied from the Old Testament?
