  2. Read through Psalm 118. What do you notice about the cornerstone text? How does it fit in to the broader context of the Psalm?

  3. Read Isaiah 22:15-25. What do you notice about the peg, Eliakim the servant?

  4. How does it seem like Zechariah is utilizing these three prophecies of “corner,” “peg,” and “bow” in Zechariah 10? Why is that significant?

  5. Read Mark 12:1-12. How does Jesus use this parable against the religious leaders?

  6. What significance is there to Jesus being the ideal leader? What does this suggest about his authority?

  • Do you believe that Jesus is the true leader prophesied from Zechariah 10? If so, how does it change your life?
