  • Where does the gospel, in an early form, first appear in Scripture? Who points to that early appearance in the New Testament? What is the Scripture that says so?

  • What same word links the Great Commission passage of Matthew 28:18-20 with the scene shown in Revelation 7 verse 9 and also with Genesis 12:1-3? Why is this significant in showing God’s heart for the world?

  • What do we mean when we say that our God is not a tribal deity? What kind of implications does that carry with it in regard to missions?

  • What unusual thing did Solomon pray at the dedication of the temple in 1 Kings 8:41-43?

  • What does Psalm 67 say about God’s heart for the peoples of the world?
