If someone came to you and asked for wisdom on growing spiritually, what would you tell them?
Eugene Peterson once described spiritual growth as “a long obedience in the same direction”? How does that relate to what we see here in this text? What difference does this make for how you follow Jesus today?
Read through Ephesians 4:25-5:21 and make a list of three things: old habits to reject; new habits to replace them with; reasons why we should do this. Then think or talk (prayerfully) through what you should do next.
